AI & Automation Specialist

We are a real estate development company based in Dubai, and we are looking for an experienced AI & Automation Specialist who can help lead our company in using AI more effectively.

The person will work closely with our team, understand how we currently work, identify areas where AI can help, and implement practical solutions. You will also guide and train our employees on how to use AI in their daily work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of AI solutions across the company.
• Be our internal expert on Claude (Anthropic) and other Generative AI tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve business processes.
• Explore AI applications relevant to real estate development, sales, marketing, administration, and operations.
• Support and improve our Odoo/CRM and other business systems.
• Build AI workflows, assistants, and automations.
• Integrate AI with CRM, email, spreadsheets, and other business tools.
• Train and guide employees on practical AI usage.
• Research new AI tools and recommend solutions that can benefit the company.
• Provide guidance on AI-related IT and technology requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on and professional experience in AI and automation.
• Excellent knowledge of Claude / Anthropic and Generative AI.
• Experience implementing AI solutions for businesses.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical employees.
• Proactive, practical, and able to take the lead in finding AI solutions.

Candidates with proven AI projects, automation experience, or a portfolio of work are strongly preferred.

Open to experienced full-time professionals, part-time specialists, or interns.
