AI Agents & AI Solutions Developer

About the opportunity

We are building practical AI systems for real business use and are looking for an AI Agents & AI Solutions Developer who has moved beyond experiments and can turn AI capabilities into dependable products and workflows.

Projects can include AI assistants, agentic workflows, knowledge systems, internal AI tools, customer-service and lead-qualification agents, AI-enabled applications and voice/call solutions integrated with existing business systems.

We value engineering judgement as much as model knowledge. Useful AI needs good data, integrations, permissions, guardrails, observability, evaluation and human handoff.

What you will do

• Build and improve AI agents and AI-powered business applications.
• Integrate model APIs with business data, APIs, workflows and systems.
• Build retrieval/knowledge-base solutions where appropriate.
• Implement tool calling, structured outputs, routing and multi-step agent workflows.
• Contribute to conversational and voice/call-agent solutions.
• Design guardrails, escalation logic and human handoff.
• Evaluate response quality, latency, reliability and operating cost.
• Test against realistic scenarios and failure cases.
• Work with automation and full-stack engineers to productionise AI functionality.
• Document prompts, tools, architecture, data sources, limitations and operating procedures.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of relevant software/AI engineering experience.
• Evidence of AI applications, agents or production implementations you personally built or materially contributed to.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, structured data and software integrations.
• Practical experience with retrieval/RAG, tool calling, agent workflows or conversational systems.
• Good Python and/or JavaScript engineering capability.
• Sound judgement about when AI is appropriate and when deterministic software or human review is better.
• Strong testing, problem-solving and documentation habits.
• Ability to work full-time from our Dubai office.

Particularly valuable experience

Voice AI, speech-to-text/text-to-speech, vector databases, AI evaluation, CRM/ERP integrations, workflow automation, multi-agent systems or enterprise AI deployment.

Pay: AED3,384.93 - AED4,000.00 per month
