Agentic Dev Engineering Trainer – Senior Faculty

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Trainer to teach the design and development of LLM-powered agent systems — covering orchestration frameworks, RAG, and agent evaluation — while building strong conceptual understanding of agentic reasoning and failure modes in learners.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver curriculum on agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)
• Teach RAG pipeline design, vector databases, and tool/function-calling architecture
• Conduct hands-on project sessions building multi-agent systems
• Teach agent evaluation, guardrails, and safety design concepts
• Develop assessments and mentor learners through debugging non-deterministic systems
• Mentor junior trainers and keep curriculum current with fast-evolving agentic AI tooling

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building LLM-powered applications; training/teaching experience preferred
• Strong command of Python, LLM APIs, agent orchestration frameworks, and vector databases
• Ability to clearly explain agentic reasoning, failure modes, and architecture tradeoffs
• Strong mentoring and presentation skills
