Specialising in property development, construction, and real estate, our group is an entrepreneur-led organisation that covers the entire real estate value chain. We are seeking a diligent and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be a crucial part of our daily operations, providing comprehensive support to our team and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office. This role offers a competitive salary of $18 - $27 USD per hour.

Responsibilities

* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members and senior management.
* Handle and screen incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, directing them to the appropriate person.
* Prepare, format, and edit documents, including reports, presentations, and internal communications.
* Organise and maintain efficient digital and physical filing systems to ensure records are accurate and easily accessible.
* Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
* Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
* Liaise professionally with internal departments, clients, and external partners.
* Assist in the organisation of company meetings and events.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Experience within the property, construction, or real estate sector is advantageous but not essential.
