Role Overview

We are looking for an Accountant to support daily finance operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with reporting and reconciliation activities within our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting transactions and records
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare bank reconciliation and financial reports
• Monitor cash flow and supplier payments
• Maintain accurate ledger entries and documentation
• Assist in monthly closing and audit process
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers & journal entries
• Ensure compliance with company financial procedures

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance
• Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience
• Knowledge in MS Excel & accounting software
• ERP system experience preferred
• Strong analytical & communication skills
• Retail experience preferred
