IIDMS is a Dubai-based professional training institute offering premium Digital Marketing, AI & Professional Certification Programs across the GCC.
We are looking for a results-driven Academic Counselor – Inside Sales with proven experience selling high-ticket courses and professional certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins & web inquiries
- Understand learners’ career goals and recommend suitable programs
- Convert qualified prospects into paid enrollments
- Sell premium, high-ticket certification programs
- Handle objections, negotiate and close effectively
- Manage follow-ups and the complete sales cycle
- Achieve monthly enrollment, revenue & conversion targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven inside-sales experience — mandatory
- Proven experience selling premium courses, professional certifications or executive education — mandatory
- Experience closing programs worth AED 2,000–10,000+ preferred
- Experience in Digital Marketing, AI, PMP, Six Sigma, Business, Management, EdTech or professional training preferred
- Strong counseling, negotiation, objection-handling & closing skills
- Excellent English communication
- Must currently be based in Dubai
- Must be available to join immediately
Candidates with only retail, field, agency, channel sales or customer-service experience will not be considered.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
