3D Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D concepts, event designs, and realistic visualizations for events and exhibitions.
• Develop stage designs, exhibition stands, booths, backdrops, structures, and event environments.
• Convert client briefs and creative concepts into accurate 3D models, renders, and presentations.
• Prepare 3D layouts, floor plans, elevations, and technical design details as required.
• Collaborate with Creative, Project, Production, and Technical Teams to ensure designs are practical and executable.
• Develop multiple design options and revise concepts based on client feedback.
• Ensure designs consider dimensions, materials, branding, lighting, AV, staging, and production requirements.
• Deliver high-quality renders and presentations within project deadlines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a 3D Designer, preferably in the Events, Exhibition, Experiential, or Entertainment industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating event, exhibition, stage, booth, and experiential designs.
• Proficiency in relevant 3D modelling, rendering, and visualization software.
• Strong understanding of space planning, proportions, materials, lighting, and event production.
• Ability to interpret 2D drawings, floor plans, and client briefs.
• Good understanding of staging, LED screens, AV, lighting, and event structures is an advantage.
• Strong creative, visualization, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with AI design/visualization tools is an advantage.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
