We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in hiring white-collar professionals across Industrial and Real Estate industries in the UAE.
Key Requirement:
- Proven recruitment experience in the UAE
- Strong background in hiring white-collar professionals, including Engineers, Project Managers, Designers, Estimators, Commercial, Finance, HR, Sales, and other corporate roles
- Experience recruiting for Industrial Sectors
- Solid understanding of the UAE job market and talent sourcing strategies
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and headhunting techniques
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified professionals.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitmen
