Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Coordinator to join our Interior Fit-Out & Joinery team. The ideal candidate should have UAE experience in managing interior fit-out projects, coordinating site activities, supervising labor, and ensuring work is completed according to drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out and joinery works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project engineers.
• Manage carpenters, painters, gypsum, flooring, and other site teams.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved shop drawings and specifications.
• Prepare daily site reports and monitor project progress.
• Plan manpower, materials, and site logistics.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure timely installation.
• Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards on site.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical/site issues.
• Ensure projects are completed within the given timeline.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out & Joinery.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Good knowledge of interior fit-out construction and joinery works.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and shop drawings.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of English (Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
