Job Description

Role: Senior/Lead Software Engineer
Experience: 4-15 years
Location: Hyderabad
Job Type: Full Time

Key Accountabilities

1. Document AI Solution Development

• Design and implement document processing workflows, including classification, extraction, and validation steps

2. AI Model Integration and Workflow Orchestration

• Support integration of AI/ML and generative AI models into document processing workflows
• Define and manage workflow execution steps, ensuring traceability and consistency of outputs
• Support execution monitoring through defined workflow steps and execution tracking mechanisms

3. Data Processing and Platform Integration

• Configure document ingestion, processing, and output flows across platform components
• Enable integration with on-prem and cloud downstream systems via APIs and automation layers
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and interoperability requirements

4. Operational Support and Performance Monitoring

• Support live DocAI use cases by monitoring performance, accuracy, and usage
• Provide analysis of processing volumes and success rates where available
• Contribute to the generation and improvement of operational reporting and insights
• Resolve incidents raised for both on-prem and cloud solutions

5. Continuous Improvement and Problem Resolution

• Identify gaps in current capabilities, including reporting, scalability, and data availability
• Investigate constraints such as data retention or system limitations and propose viable solutions
• Support ongoing enhancement of platform capabilities and delivery practices

6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with Product Owners, engineers, and platform teams to deliver DocAI capabilities
• Participate in regular forums and working sessions to support delivery and continuous improvement
• Contribute to the evolution of reusable, platform-based document intelligence solutions

Skills and Experience

Technical Skills

• Extensive experience of at least one high-level programming language, preferably Python and Typescript
• Experience building solutions following Infrastructure as Code best practices employing Terraform
• Hands-on experience building solutions for the public cloud (GCP)
• Experience working with and building CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with AI/ML or document intelligence technologies
• Understanding of workflow orchestration and pipeline design
• Familiarity with API-based integration and enterprise platforms
