A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Site Administrator at Siemens Energy, your day will focus on ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of site administrative activities. You will provide comprehensive support to site management and project teams by coordinating schedules, managing documentation, facilitating communication, and organizing logistics. Working in a dynamic site environment, you will balance multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records, supporting visitors and new employees, and ensuring administrative processes run seamlessly to support overall site success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements for site leadership and project teams.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes to support business and operational activities.
• Coordinate site administrative activities and maintain organized office records and documentation.
• Support onboarding processes, visitor management, and logistics coordination to ensure a positive site experience.
• Maintain document control systems and filing structures in compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Act as a focal point for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Support site management with day-to-day administrative, coordination, and organizational tasks.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, office coordination, or site support role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced site environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with document control, record management, and administrative support within an industrial, engineering, or project-based environment is preferred.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
