About the Role
CEREBRUM is looking for a Client Engagement Manager – Data & AI to manage and grow relationships with our strategic customers across our Data, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Transformation portfolio.
This role sits at the intersection of client relationship management, consulting, delivery coordination, and account growth . The Client Engagement Manager will act as a trusted point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring that engagements remain aligned with business priorities, deliver measurable value, and evolve into long-term partnerships.
This is not a traditional sales role, nor is it a pure project management role. We are looking for someone who can understand the client’s business, engage senior stakeholders, coordinate internal teams, manage expectations, and identify opportunities where CEREBRUM can create additional value.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required , with the ability to confidently lead business discussions, presentations, workshops, and executive engagements in both languages.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Own and develop relationships with assigned strategic clients.
- Build trusted relationships with executives, business leaders, CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data Officers, digital transformation teams, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop a strong understanding of each client’s organization, strategic priorities, challenges, transformation programs, and technology landscape.
- Maintain regular engagement with clients through account meetings, project reviews, executive discussions, and strategic workshops.
- Act as the primary point of coordination between the client and CEREBRUM.
Engagement & Value Management
- Ensure that CEREBRUM engagements remain aligned with the client’s business objectives and expected outcomes.
- Work closely with delivery managers, consultants, solution architects, and technical teams to maintain strong engagement quality.
- Monitor client satisfaction, engagement health, delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and key commitments.
- Proactively identify potential concerns and coordinate the appropriate teams to address them.
- Help clients understand the business value generated through CEREBRUM solutions and services.
- Support the definition and tracking of engagement objectives, KPIs, and success measures.
Account Growth & Opportunity Development
- Identify opportunities to expand CEREBRUM’s relationship within existing client accounts.
- Understand upcoming initiatives, strategic priorities, budget cycles, and transformation programs.
- Identify relevant opportunities across areas such as:
- Data Strategy & Governance
- Data Platforms & Data Warehousing
- Business Intelligence & Executive Analytics
- Artificial Intelligence & Generative AI
- AI Strategy, Governance & Adoption
- AI-powered Applications and Platforms
- Process Automation
- Managed Data & Analytics Services
- Work with sales, consulting, and pre-sales teams to qualify and develop new opportunities.
- Support account planning and contribute to account growth targets.
- Identify opportunities for new projects, managed services, renewals, and additional use cases.
Delivery Coordination
- Maintain visibility across active projects and engagements within assigned accounts.
- Work closely with project and delivery teams to ensure that client expectations and priorities are clearly understood.
- Participate in governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews where required.
- Support the resolution of escalations and ensure that issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery and from project completion into ongoing client engagement.
- Coordinate across CEREBRUM teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.
Strategic & Executive Engagement
- Conduct periodic executive business reviews with key client stakeholders.
- Present engagement progress, outcomes, business value, key risks, recommendations, and future opportunities.
- Facilitate strategic discussions around Data, AI, analytics, and digital transformation.
- Help clients identify new use cases where Data & AI can support their business objectives.
- Represent CEREBRUM in client meetings, workshops, events, and executive engagements.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are mandatory.
- Proven experience in Client Engagement, Account Management, Customer Success, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Sales, Program Management, or a similar client-facing role .
- Experience working with enterprise or government customers.
- Strong understanding of complex technology and digital transformation engagements.
- Ability to understand business challenges and connect them with relevant technology and consulting solutions.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, engagements, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate across commercial, consulting, technical, and delivery teams.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify account-growth opportunities while maintaining a trusted-advisor relationship.
- Proactive, structured, accountable, and comfortable working in a growing consulting environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within Data, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Applications .
- Familiarity with technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power Platform, and Generative AI .
- Existing experience working with government and large enterprise organizations in Qatar or the GCC .
- Experience managing strategic accounts involving multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
- Experience conducting executive business reviews, account planning, and client success reviews.
- Previous experience within a consulting firm, systems integrator, cloud provider, or enterprise technology company is an advantage.
