Position Summary
All Kids First Child Placing Agency is seeking an experienced and compassionate Treatment Director to oversee the clinical treatment program for children and youth in foster care. The Treatment Director provides clinical leadership, supports foster families and staff, ensures quality treatment services, and helps maintain compliance with Texas Child Placing Agency Minimum Standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral science field.
- Current Texas license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW under supervision, or other qualifying license).
- At least three (3) years of experience providing treatment services to children with emotional or behavioral needs.
- Experience working in foster care, residential treatment, or child welfare is preferred.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, behavior management, and child development.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Essential Responsibilities
- Oversee the agency's treatment program and therapeutic services.
- Develop, review, and monitor treatment plans for youth receiving treatment services.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to case managers, therapists, and foster families.
- Supervise contracted or agency therapists as needed.
- Assist with crisis intervention and placement stabilization.
- Ensure services meet Texas licensing standards and agency policies.
- Conduct clinical file reviews and participate in quality assurance activities.
- Provide staff training on trauma-informed care, behavior management, and therapeutic interventions.
- Participate in leadership meetings and collaborate with community providers, DFPS, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support agency compliance during audits and inspections.

- Foster Care or Child Placing Agencies
- DFPS/CPS
- TBRI®
- Trauma-informed care
- Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD)

Pay: $72,500.00 per year
Work Location: In person
