We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to build production grade software, strengthen engineering standards, and support AI enabled development across our digital platforms.
Role Summary
- Backend Engineering: Develop APIs, services, integrations, and reusable components
- End to End Ownership: Lead design, development, deployment, monitoring, and improvement
- Cross Stack Contribution: Support frontend, cloud, data flows, mobile, and AI workflows
- Architecture and Quality: Improve code quality, testing, CI/CD, documentation, and release readiness
- AI Enabled Development: Use AI coding tools responsibly and validate AI generated code
- Secure Development: Apply secure coding, data protection, and privacy by design principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent
- 7 to 10 years of professional software development experience
- Strong backend skills in .NET Core, C#, Node.js, Python
- Cloud native experience in Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience with CI/CD, containers, automated testing, observability
- Python experience for AI, automation, or backend services
- Experience with digital platforms, SaaS, or regulated industries is an advantage
Technical Skills
- Backend: .NET Core, C#, Node.js, Python
- Frontend: Angular, React
- APIs: REST, GraphQL, event driven patterns
- Data: SQL Server, Oracle, NoSQL
- Cloud: Azure, AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes
- Observability: App Insights, Grafana, ELK
- AI and LLM: Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude
- Security: Secure coding, access control, auditability
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,009.40 per month
