Job responsibilities:

• Test and provide feedback on English and Arabic voice-bots to ensure optimal performance and quality.
• Collaborate with client’s meetings and support live demos to showcase our technology.
• Support with Arabic Text-To-Speech model performance.
• Analyze business use cases based on client recordings and contribute to Proof of Concept (POC) documentation.
• Support the development and testing of the Script Recommendation Agent.
• Test optimization and acceptance: test, optimize and accept the output content to ensure the final quality.

Job requirements:

• Strong learning ability, interested in AI, familiar with various AI tools and Microsoft platforms.
• Logical thinking, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Saudi nationality, with a deep understanding of different Arabic accents and dialects.
• Full-time on-site support in Riyadh, with IT experience.
