About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer + Video Editor who can handle both high-quality social media designs and professional video editing, along with print-ready materials when required.This role requires someone who is highly responsive, communicates confidently in English, and can work directly with clients. We want someone who is a good listener, understands feedback quickly, and ensures the final creative output is always neat, clean, aligned, and premium. Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design (Social + Print)
- Create social media designs for:
- Instagram posts & carousels
- Stories & reels covers
- TikTok thumbnails
- Facebook banners & ads
- LinkedIn creatives
- Design print materials such as:
- Brochures, flyers, leaflets
- Roll-up banners, posters
- Business cards, standees
- Menu designs (if needed)
- Maintain perfect alignment, spacing, hierarchy, and consistency across designs
- Ensure creatives are always clean, modern, and using standard design practices
- Follow brand guidelines (colors, fonts, styling) and improve them when needed
Video Editing
- Edit short-form & long-form videos for:
- Instagram Reels
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Paid Ads creatives
Add:
- Smooth cuts and transitions
- Subtitles/captions (modern styles)
- Motion graphics where needed
- Sound effects & background music
- Color correction + basic enhancement
Ability to create highly engaging content while keeping it professional and premium
UI/UX Support (Basic)
- Must have basic knowledge of UI/UX design
- Ability to support with:
- Simple app/web interface layouts
- UI components and clean structure
- Understanding spacing, grids, user-friendly design

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign (for print)
- Canva (bonus)
Video Editing Tools
- Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- After Effects (bonus for motion)
- CapCut (bonus)
UI/UX Tools (Basic)
- Figma (basic understanding required)
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design + video editing
- Strong portfolio showing:
- Social media creatives
- Branding consistency
- Print design samples
- Edited video examples

- Ability to deliver files in proper formats:
- AI / PSD / INDD / PDF (Print-ready)
- MP4 / MOV (Videos)
- Must be able to work with:
- Deadlines
- Revisions
- Brand guidelines

- Must be very responsive and available during working hours
Bonus Points (Preferred)
- Motion graphics experience (After Effects)
- Understanding of ad creatives (Meta/TikTok/Google)
- Experience working with premium brands
- Ability to create content templates for faster scaling
