Field Sales Executive
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 3,000–4,000 per month + commission based on sales target achievement
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
Kids & Teachers Publishing & Distribution is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.
The role involves visiting schools, nurseries, bookstores, and distributors, developing new business relationships, maintaining existing accounts, presenting our educational products and curricula, taking orders, following up with customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular outdoor visits to schools, nurseries, bookstores, and customers.
Develop new customer accounts and maintain existing relationships.
Present and promote our books, curricula, educational resources, and products.
Prepare quotations, take orders, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Attend school book fairs and product demonstrations when required.
Follow up with customers regarding orders and payments.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Valid UAE residency visa.
Valid UAE driving license.
Previous outdoor/field sales experience is required.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Basic understanding of AI tools and their practical use in the workplace.
Arabic speaking is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
Willingness to travel regularly for customer and school visits.
We are looking for someone who is confident, energetic, target-driven, and genuinely enjoys working with customers and developing new business.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
