Davis Pharmaceutical Laboratories, on behalf of SL Aesthetics, a premium makeup, skincare, and aesthetic beauty brand with branches across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finance Manager to join its Karachi team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and financial planning.
• Ensure timely financial reporting and compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and monitor effective financial controls and cost-management practices.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and relevant authorities.
• Provide accurate financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.

Requirements

• Qualification: CA / ACCA / ICMA / MBA / M.COM/
• Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in the retail, beauty, aesthetics, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/ERP software.
