Sales Manager

Pro link is currently looking for Sales Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in the dental/medical field and is passionate about driving business growth and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Business Administration and other related fields. (Masters Degree is preferrable but not required)

- Excellent communication skills (Both English and Arabic is preferrable)

- Experience in B2B and B2C business set up

- Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and oversee sales department performance whilst leading, coaching, and managing each dental sales team

- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets

- Manage existing client relationships and ensure to build strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and distributors.

- Monitor sales team performance, KPIs, and market trends

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and campaigns

- Handle clients’ complaints and feedback.

- Perform task as per designation as per the management.
