QA/QC Engineer

Job Title: QA/QC Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in MEP QA/QC roles on major projects in UAE or the GCC.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification- desired.

Experience and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of international codes and commissioning standards.
• Familiar with QA/QC software systems, Aconex, MS Office, AutoCAD, ETAP, and project management tools.
• Experience in working in a QA/QC team at Senior, Mid-Level, and Junior Engineer level
• Testing & Commissioning (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Experience in developing and enforcing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, method statements.
• Experience in leading QA/QC inspections of HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, power, lighting, BMS, and low-current systems.
• Experience in preparing and submitting weekly/monthly QA/QC reports, including NCR logs, inspection coverage, audit findings, and quality KPIs.
• Experience in leading internal and external audits for the project.
• Experience in implementing and tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) for all non-conformances and observations.
• Experience in reviewing and approving subcontractor QA/QC documentation, including submittals, ITPs, method statements, and quality procedures.
• Experience in resolution processes related to quality issues, both internal (team, execution) and external (client, consultant).
