Hiring: Medicare Verifier

We are looking for experienced Medicare Verifiers to join our call center team. Candidates must have strong communication skills and hands-on experience with Medicare verification processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound verification calls.
• Verify customer eligibility for Medicare programs.
• Confirm customer information accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and call standards.
• Ensure quality and accuracy during the verification process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of Medicare verification experience.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail.
