Medical PR Officer

We are seeking an experienced Accountant & Medical PR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial management skills with hands-on experience in managing government transactions and facility/medical staff licensing with the Health Authority and other regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:
• Manage full-cycle accounting operations, day-to-day book-entry transactions, and financial reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and cash flow management.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage supplier/vendor accounts.
• Prepare periodic financial statements and ensure full compliance with accounting standards.
• Medical Licensing & PR Operations:
• Process, renew, and maintain licenses for healthcare facilities and medical professionals with the Health Authority and related government entities.
• Oversee all government transactions, inspections, and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with regional healthcare rules and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of accounting experience specifically within the healthcare/medical sector.
• Software Knowledge: Hands-on experience with DOK32 software (clinical management & billing) is highly preferred.
• Governmental Expertise: Proven experience handling Health Authority licensing portals and government relations.
• Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel); strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
