Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance meetings and supervise maintenance technicians in a unionized environment.
• Drive initiatives to improve Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance efforts.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations while supporting production readiness.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience in maintenance or production teams within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience working in a unionized facility.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (or 5+ years of relevant leadership experience).
• Experience with SAP or similar CMMS systems.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
