Manage and update stock levels and proactively maintain re-order levels.
Coordinate with all parties i.e. suppliers, shipping freight agents, ware house etc. for timely delivery.
Follow up for delivery details i.e. shipment dates, document verification etc and coordinate with clearing agent warehouse
Keep a tab on product expiry dates and bring it to the notice of seniors for further action.
Prepare delivery schedules in coordination with the store keeper drivers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Ensure smooth movement of stock inwards outwards.
Monitor supplies on an ongoing basis in line with the supplier manual to ensure conformance. Monitor material and check as per required quality standards.
Liaise with sales and store team to communicate and resolve product availability issues, if any.
Provide quick information on the Middle East customs, laws specially JAFZA procedures and practice as and when necessary.
Implement every activity with high customer focus.
Assist in implementing quality initiatives of the company.
Maintain and update records of shipping activities, tracking etc. and report on the progress.
