Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support day-to-day Human Resources operations. This position is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR records while partnering with management to support company growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Administer employee benefits, insurance enrollment, and leave requests.
• Process new hires, terminations, and employee status changes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR policies.
• Support performance management and employee relations.
• Coordinate orientation and employee training.
• Assist with payroll-related HR documentation and timekeeping.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and presentations.
• Support various HR projects and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Vietnamese is preferred.

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Vietnamese speaking preferred.

Work Location

Pay: $26.71 - $32.17 per hour
