Groundskeeper

Job Summary
Join our team as a Groundskeeper, where your passion for outdoor beautification and hands-on skills will help transform and maintain facility that we take pride in. In this role, you will be responsible for performing landscape maintenance, keeping storage units ready to rent, other odd maintenance jobs and ensuring the aesthetics of outdoor spaces. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to creating inviting environments that inspire and delight clients.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, blowing off grounds, changing light bulbs, picking up trash, and sweeping out storage units to keep outdoor areas pristine
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for landscaping and general maintenance projects
• Conduct lawn care activities including pest control and weed control.
• Maintain equipment and tools through regular cleaning, inspection, and proper storage to ensure longevity and safety

Skills

• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions with stamina and attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
