Fulfillment Associate

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This is a fast-paced position that requires efficiency, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately based on order specifications
• Prepare shipments, including labeling and staging packages
• Inspect products for quality and report any damages or discrepancies
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Pay: $22.40 - $26.90 per hour
