Creative Marketing Coordinator

Master Media & Marketing Agency is a growing creative agency specializing in social media management, content creation, branding, photography, videography, and digital marketing.

We're looking for a creative, organized, and proactive team member who enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment and wants to grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and maintain professional communication.
• Attend introductory meetings and represent the agency professionally.
• Follow up with leads and schedule meetings with the Director.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure projects are delivered smoothly.
• Assist in organizing content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Support project management and daily agency operations.
• Help develop creative ideas and marketing strategies.
• Contribute to content planning and social media management.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a Marketing Agency, Creative Agency, Advertising Agency, Social Media Agency, or Digital Marketing company.
• Background in Marketing, Media, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Good understanding of content creation, branding, and social media.
• Familiar with Canva and Microsoft Office (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.

Salary

AED 3,000 – 5,000 + Commission (Based on experience and qualifications)
