Job Title: Content Creator & Editor
Location: Lahore (On-site preferred; remote/hybrid negotiable)

Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 (negotiable based on experience and portfolio)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative Content Creator & Editor to manage the end-to-end production of our digital content. The ideal candidate will handle podcast and vlog recording and editing, create short-form content (Reels/Shorts), and drive our SEO and digital marketing efforts to grow audience reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and edit podcasts and vlogs with professional audio/video quality
• Create engaging Reels and Shorts optimized for social media platforms
• Plan, shoot, and edit content aligned with brand voice and goals
• Manage SEO for video and written content to improve discoverability
• Execute digital marketing strategies across social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor content performance analytics and adjust strategy accordingly
• Collaborate with the team on content calendars and campaign planning
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and content formats

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in content creation, video editing, and digital marketing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating podcast/vlog editing and short-form video content
• Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing tools
• Understanding of social media algorithms and content trends
• Strong storytelling and creative sensibility
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/deadlines
• Good communication skills
