Housteamers LLC is a growing premium cleaning company serving homeowners throughout the Houston area. We specialize in carpet, upholstery, mattress, tile & grout, and specialty cleaning services. We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, helping customers, and delivering high-quality results.

What You’ll Do

* Perform professional carpet, upholstery, mattress, rug, and tile cleaning services.

* Drive to residential appointments throughout the Houston area using your own SUV.

* Transport and operate professional cleaning equipment provided by Housteamers.

* Communicate professionally with customers and provide an outstanding experience.

* Build trust with homeowners and recommend additional services when appropriate (upselling).

* Take before-and-after photos.

* Keep equipment clean and organized.

* Follow company procedures and safety standards.

Requirements

* Reliable SUV with enough cargo space for professional equipment.

* Valid driver’s license.

* Authorized to work in the United States.

* Bank account for direct payments.

* Conversational English required.

* Strong customer service and communication skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Sales mindset and confidence recommending additional services.

* Able to perform physical work throughout the day and lift cleaning equipment.

* Previous carpet or upholstery cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training.

Schedule

* Typical working hours are approximately 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, depending on the daily schedule.

* One flexible day off each week.

* Some jobs are completed independently, while others may require working with another technician.

Compensation

* Performance-based pay. Paid daily

* Most technicians earn approximately $2,800–$4,500+ per month, depending on productivity, schedule, and performance.

* Additional compensation may be provided for long-distance appointments.
