We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk/Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records in our company database. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Insert customer and account data by inputting text and numerical information from source documents.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Maintain logbooks or records of activities and completed work.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or relevant clerical position.
- Fast typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
